In addition to content marketing and search engine optimization (SEO) services, I partner with Website Designer and Developer, Sarah Mattern, to offer flexible, custom websites using self-hosted WordPress and the Elementor page builder so you can easily extend your site going forward.

We approach each project with kindness and care to create exceptional human-centered designs and great relationships. The process of creating together is special. It has the magic to connect you with your ideal audience and inspire your work.
01 – Define
After you send an inquiry, we start with an intro chat to learn about your project and each other. Then, if we seem like a good fit, we will provide a proposal that clearly communicates your project’s scope, deliverables, and schedule.
02 – Discover
A discovery questionnaire and call will help us learn about your business, audience, and goals. We’ll review inspiration to uncover your design preferences, map out your site, and lay the groundwork for creating great content.
03 – Content
Based on your input, you will receive a tailor-made Content Guide to assist you in creating content. Depending on your package, this is also when we perform strategic research, develop SEO recommendations, and assist in copy refinement.
04 – Design
Once you provide final content, we will draft custom foundational designs for one to three pages (depending on your website package). These designs will provide a framework for building out the entire site and styling content. Finally, you will review and provide input during two design revision sessions.
05 – Build
We will set up the WordPress site on your host, create a custom theme, add and style final content, configure plugins and integrations, and perform testing. Then, you will provide input in a live revision session. Depending on your package, this is also where the deep strategy work takes place, including intensive keyword research and content marketing planning.
06 – Launch
We point your DNS to your host and go live! We will also provide a how-to guide and training session so you can manage your content going forward. Depending on your package, there may also be a post-launch SEO audit and fine-tuning. We provide support for 14 or 30 days (depending on your package), and extended support and services upon request.

Cost and timing can vary based on a project’s needs and final content delivery. An in-depth proposal will detail the process, scope, and schedule for our work together. Projects are booked based on availability, typically 1-3 months in advance.
Branding, extra foundational design options, copywriting, and custom images are available as add-ons. We also provide extended support and ongoing SEO content planning, editing, and creation services upon request.
Packages are a good fit if you have one primary point of contact and decision-maker, you value the importance of good design, and you can commit time to the project’s success.
